As a Senior SCRUM Master, you’ll interact with teams across the globe to help guide them on their Agile journey.

Inside the Job
Your day-to-day work will involve:
Acting as a SCRUM Master for up to three product teams of varying maturity
Participating as an Agile coach to evaluate and guide teams beginning their Agile journey
Working with the organization to champion Agile methodologies
Collaborating with other SCRUM Masters to establish best agile practices for the Herman Miller Group
Acting as the center for project rhythm and facilitating the ceremonies of Scrum
What You Bring
Needed skills and experience for this role include:
A Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
3 years of experience
Certified SCRUM Master
Experience working as a SCRUM master for multiple Product Teams simultaneously
Experience coaching organizations on the principles of Agile
Experience with various software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD, QA and UAT strategies
Experience with user story writing, burndown techniques, and retrospective facilitation
Experience working with remote/offshore teams in an agile environment
Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and various development engineering practices
Familiarity with agile enablement tools such as Jira
Understanding of the fundamentals of iterative development
