In this role you will have responsibility for the Design, Implement and Support advanced contact center solutions across multiple vendors including Cisco (U/PCCE), Cisco Webex Contact Center, Amazon Connect, and Twilio. (REMOTE position, can live in any US location)Key Responsibilities: ulliLead project delivery team through project life cycle, including design, implementation and support, across technology platforms./liliLead, Develop and Share industry best practices./liliUtilize knowledge and understanding of Cisco's Contact Center Enterprise platform, advance Speech Recognition tools such as Nuance ASR and Google Dialog Flow, to gather requirements to build and support new deployments and/or upgrades in mid and large scale environments./liliCollaborate with members of our National Contact Center team, contributing to the team's success overall./liliWork along side vendors to successfully deploy their solutions as a subset of our projects./liliBecome a trusted advisor and partner to our customers/li/ulEducation and Experience: ulli2+ years of development experience utilizing Java, JavaScript, node.js and/or Python with an ability to write custom applications which interact with multiple API's./lili3+ years of experience with Contact Center technology solutions (Cisco AWS Connect preferred)/liliKnowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Platforms preferred./liliSQL Knowledge and understanding of U/PCCE databases preferred/liliExperience in Building and Deploying Solutions using Amazon Connect, utilizing multiple AWS offerings such as Lambda, LEX, IAM, CloudWatch, etc, strongly preferred/liliUnderstand and implement omni-channel solutions, third-party WFO platforms, and CRM integrations./liliProficiency in server virtualization and cloud solutions./liliAdvanced Troubleshooting knowledge of Cisco ICM, CVP and ECE components strongly preferred/liliAbility to Design, Build and Support CVP VXML applications, strongly preferred/liliStrong written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills/liliAbility to demonstrate analytical and consultative skills./liliAbility to apply solutions, technology and products to a business opportunity./liliAbility to work well with others and have a desire to learn new technologies./liliAdhere to best practices as set forth by industry and Presidio standards/li/ul*****ABOUT PRESIDIOemPresidio is committed toDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the highest levels and has strengthened its drive to build and drive sys
