The IT Project Manager and Business Analyst will define and lead critical business and IT related initiatives that are designed to enhance the business, and ensure future growth. You will play a key role in working with our internal teams and stakeholders to identify solutions for a wide range of business needs, and manage the project from initiation through delivery and close-out.
As a Business Analyst:
Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
Coordinate identification of business gaps with business process owners
Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
Ensure technical capability of the project
As a Progect Manager:
Develop a detailed project plan in order to monitor and track progress
Ensure resource availability and allocation of those resources during the project time-frame
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Build test plans and scenarios, and assist subject matter experts in executing the tests
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget
Experience and Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (or combination of work experience and education)
PMP highly desired
5-7 Years IT experience – (Database Mgmt, Programming, Help Desk, )
Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements:
Process and procedure oriented.
Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure to hit deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal skills that will lead to strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Communicate well to all levels within the organization
