In this role, you will manage quality assurance activities for core and application projects within our Steering Engineering team.
Conduct work product audits and reviews
Conduct internal process audits and assessments against Automotive SPICE
Assist in external assessments as co-assessor
Tracking of quality issues/root cause analysis
Generate Quality reports
Process coaching and mentoring
Participate in continuous process improvement activities.
Identify potential process improvements
Assist process owners in making process updates
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Engineering required. 10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance preferred.
Automotive SPICE Provisional Assessor required.
Strong software quality assurance experience required.
Excellent organizational skills, documentation ability, attention to detail.
Process improvement mindset required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Minimum Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering) required.
