United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position. style="font-weight: 400;"The Systems Analyst will be responsible for formulating and applying mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. style="font-weight: 400;" style="font-weight: 400;"Responsibilities:ul style="font-weight: 400;"liProvide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies, and monitoring administrative projects. Serve as the principal adviser and consultant to the PM or PD organizational unit manager and key managers on administrative and management directives./liliImplement higher headquarters administrative and management directives. Perform studies and special projects in a wide variety of management and program areas, applying DA, DoD policies and procedures and reporting requirements. Disseminate to key staff members and monitor to ensure compliance./liliRecommend systems and procedures after analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems, forms control, office layout and budgetary and personnel requirements; and implementing changes. Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communication solutions./liliDetermine functional and cross-functional requirements to maintain continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management. Identify irregularities and determine continuing needs to perform functional allocation and its interrelationships on required tasks. Identify resources required for each task./liliPrepare, review and transmit agendas, briefings, minutes, calendars and capture meeting action items/tasks. Prepare scripts, briefings, agendas, and documentation for PM or PD events, to include: town halls, retirements, ceremonies and meetings. Develop a rhythm of activities, for calendar management, action capture and note taking. Identify on-site and off-site events on the calendar, such as program reviews, staff meetings, ceremonies, town halls, and team building events./liliPerform services for Program Reviews for all PM programs through the material acquisition process in accordance with DoD 5000.02 regulation. Prepare graphic materials and develop draft program management documentation in conjunction with decision reviews, and prepare milestone review packages. This shall include preparation of agendas, data books, and briefings for scheduled reviews including type classification actions, post milestone review documentation and get-well plans./liliProvide subject matter expertise in PM, PD, and individual Product Managers staff meetings.
