Operations and Administrative Support Analyst, Mid
Are you searching for a position where you can use your program analysis skills to make a difference? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources across multiple projects. With that level of complexity, you need a skilled program analyst examining how those resources are used and keeping the program on the path to success. That’s why we need you, a program analyst who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
We have an opportunity for a program analyst to join our team as we build the next generation of combat vehicles for the Army. You’ll work with program leadership to monitor cost, schedule, and personnel of multiple projects by preparing correspondence, reports, and documents ensuring correct grammar, format, and clarity in accordance with correspondence regulations and policy AR-25-50. You’ll establish and update data files using a variety of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and use Microsoft SharePoint to create charts, e-mails, and official correspondence, including input tracking data and administrative reports. You’ll maintain employee attendance records using the government’s Out-of-Office (OOO) and Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) program on SharePoint portal, balance attendance reports, maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments, submit visitor requests, and receive visitors and phone calls, including ascertaining the nature of the request and directing callers to the appropriate staff. You’ll process travel orders and vouchers using client processes and the government’s Defense Travel System (DTS). You’ll promote awareness, operational security, and compliance regarding safety issues in the workplace and maintain responsibility for operations support, as needed. You’ll gather and consolidate briefing packages, capture process improvements, and provide recommended courses of action for improved operational processes, and assist the systems acquisition project officer with the tasker module. The real power of program analysis comes from communication, so you’ll create status updates and make recommendations for improvement to program leadership. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. This is a chance to directly impact the Army by contributing to program strategy and helping to eliminate risks across projects. Join us and help make sure our client stays on-time and within budget as we improve the Army portfolio.
