Collaborates with the Collegersquo;s executive leadership to promote the use of sustainable technological resources. Primary responsibilities include oversight of the Ellucian managed service contract and strategic liaison between the college community, Office of Information Technology (span class="caps"OIT/span) staff and Ellucian. This includes assessment of service level agreements. Performance and satisfaction metrics, operating and capital budget management, legal and regulatory compliance and IT governance.
