Humana Senior Digital Marketing Analytics Professional - Care Delivery Organization in Troy, Michigan
This marketing professional is responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and programs (focused on social media, business review management and webinar attendance/activation.), for Humana's Care Delivery Organization supporting Partners in Primary Care and Family Physician Group.
Analyzes online traffic analytics and develops actions to improve marketing campaign performance. Identifies online marketing and conversion funnel trends and insights to optimize online marketing spend and campaign performance. Develops e-marketing content and material (e.g., e-newsletters, webinars, website and blog content, social media accounts, etc.). Begins to influence department's strategy.
Solid marketing technical skills, strategic thinking, initiative and follow through, working effectively with others and good project management capabilities are critical to meet that responsibility. The position requires to regularly exercising discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge. This associate will report to the Lead, Digital Marketing Analytics for the Care Delivery Organizations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Execute campaigns, ensuring campaigns are integrated into marketing communication plans across digital channels
Creating compelling audience experiences to drive marketing objectives
Ensuring all digital marketing is on-brand, consistent in voice and tonality
Execute digital engagement strategies for prospective patients within different stages of the conversion funnel to support patient acquisition growth targets
Developing digital guides/tools/templates to support sales team with patient acquisition, patient retention, and patient engagement
Execute digital marketing initiatives that include test and learn opportunities where needed
Manage annual digital marketing calendar
Delivering measurement reports with effective reporting and related communications to the business
Managing external resources and vendors; collaborating cross-functionally across Humana and Consumer Group
Have good planning skills and the ability to anticipate problems and develop a plan of action to prevent delays in projects and/or the department's workflow
Be part of a cross-functional team environment to achieve business goals, keep projects on track, within budget, and on time
Execute with a nimble speed to market focus, in order to achieve business objectives
Protects company's brand image by monitoring and addressing social media comments pertaining to our company's products and services
Reviews, triages, and responds to comments, requests, and grievances.
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of marketing strategy, digital marketing, and/or content marketing experience
Strong, demonstrated skills measuring marketing campaigns and developing insights from analysis
A business partner-centric mindset and approach to work
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to both teach others and learn
Strong, demonstrated project management skills
Marketing experience with a demonstrated ability of managing and prioritize a diverse set of projects
Ability to influence, and collaborate in a cross-functional environment
High degree of professionalism
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; able to communicate at all levels of an organization

Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M
Must be willing to travel up to 15% of time
Master's or other advanced degree
Experience working in the healthcare industry
Experience working with Salesforce, marketing attribution, social posting, and reputation management
