Integra Partners is seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative individual to join our development team. As the Salesforce Developer, you will inspire and empower our teams to deliver quality, innovative, and highly scalable web-based applications to our business users. The ideal Salesforce Developer will have skills in call center Salesforce Integration and will be able to learn how to support our order management system running on Force.com. In addition, the candidate will have experience in other software languages and be willing to learn other tools to support our new software development platform.
**Please note, we are all working remotely at present. The expectation is that whomever is hired will be based out of our Troy, MI office once it is deemed safe to return.
Responsibilities and Duties
Meet with internal groups to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.
Implement customer-based solutions and develop products on the Force.com platform using Apex and Visual Force
Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation
Train and mentor other software developers on best practices in Salesforce development
Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform
Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and ?how-to? assistance.
Assist with the planning of application changes, development, and installation of upgrades and new releases.
Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third party applications
Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised processing analysis.
Develop, document and enforce application standards and procedures
Create and execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data

Within twelve months, you will work on the transition of monolithic applications into a shared services framework and enable our call center to be more effective with great tools. You will play a major role in working with a dynamic team fully integrated into our future growth.
4+ years of experience with Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, VisualForce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Lightning Component Framework, SOQL, Unit Testing, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Experience working with source control and continuous integration
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities judiciously
Strong commitment to customer service
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Education: Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
