Job SummaryIn this multi-faceted senior level project management role, the individual will handle the project management for key strategic and business projects for Fulfillment. This role will manage the entire spectrum of project management for key projects. The role is responsible for representing management on the key projects as a stakeholder/owner. Additionally, the role will handle project planning, reporting to senior management and implementation. They will oversee all facets of the project from business case creation, kick off, requirements all project phases, testing, training, manual updates and benefit realization. The candidate will participate in the planning processes for short-term initiatives and long-term initiatives to develop these processes. They will focus on key projects that drive corporate goals. This will be accomplished by working directly with senior management, fulfillment staff, sales and customers and vendors. This role must be a very familiar with business process mapping, workflow concepts and automation. In addition to performing the project management responsibilities above this role will also perform the following:Coordinate the procedure writing process and procedural updates. Ensure that procedures are updated to reflect process and project changes prior to implementation. Ensure procedures are clear, concise and written to specifications and guidelines. Evaluate the need for job aids, user guides and other materials to support change and create, if needed. Lead a team of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) analysts. Create and execute test scripts for Fulfillment projects to ensure positive, negative and regression testing is adequately performed. Deploy UAT testers to test functionality and report results to IT and management. Ensure UAT testers maintain business expertise and expand UAT testing knowledge and abilities to perform additional and deeper testing. Coordinate business testing efforts and solicit additional support from business where needed. Create business implementation checklist process to ensure all projects are ready for implementation. Coordinate and hold meetings to elicit the status of needed items on the business implementation checklist and assign owners and target dates. Takes responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.Job Requirements:* HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent (Required)* Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) * Specialized Training Preferred: Applicants must be knowledgeable in project management and testing methodologies. * Five to seven years' experience including:* three or more years of project management and testing experience* three or more years in procedure writing experience* Expertise in fulfillment processes, guidelines and procedures* Preferred working knowledge of all fulfillment areas* Strong project management skills/aptitude.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Effective meeting facilitation skills* Encompass LOS working knowledge preferred* Experience presenting to and influenci
