Join the technology company that's transforming the future of mobility today.About this PositionThe Workday HRIS Functionality Lead is responsible for global Workday enablement of system configuration with a focus on new functionality.Responsibilities and Duties•Support the use of Workday including HCM Workflows, Self Service, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence, Recruiting, Reporting Analytics.•Implement complex configuration changes to existing functionality using control methodology. Assess functional configuration changes for impact to business processes, other system values, and integrations. Complete system and user acceptance testing.•Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COE) to define technical requirements for functional implementations and system changes. Maintain an extensive knowledge of system capabilities in order to guide design requirements, prototype, configure and test implementation projects.•Communicate new or modified functionality to support team for training and operational impacts.•Modify and maintain workflow definitions. Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for any workflow issues. Configure changes as required.•Lead testing strategy and efforts for system and user acceptance testing.•Create new and maintain existing Workday security roles. Evaluate and manage relationship between security roles, business process definitions, and data objects.•Develop and maintain technical and project documentation.Basic Qualifications•Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.•5+ years' experience in Information Technology or related environment.•3+ years' Workday security, configuration and new functionality implementation experience across full suite of system capabilities required; Workday certification preferred. Strong understanding of system design, and configurable security design structure; system configuration and workflow; user interface design.•5+ years' experience with Microsoft Office products.•5+ years' advanced experience and knowledge with Microsoft Excel; familiar with advanced functionality such as complex formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, etc.Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)•Highly organized with attention to detail.
