*This job will be hired and paid through our third-party contractorQualifications:bull; Associate Degree in a technology related field, or combination of education and experiencebull; A+/Network+certification, strongly desiredbull; One to three yearsrsquo; experience providing end-user support on computer hardware including PCrsquo;s, MACrsquo;s, iPads, printers, smart boards, document cameras, and other District utilized hardwarebull; One to three yearsrsquo; experience providing end-user support of software applications including Microsoft office and other various District utilized softwarebull; A proficiency test may be requiredbull; Demonstrated record of good attendance and punctualitybull; Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skillsbull; Demonstrated ability to handle high stress situations in a calm and appropriate manner, while making good decisionsbull; Demonstrated ability to speak clearly and concisely, both in oral, and written communicationbull; Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. (Supplies/Equipment)bull; Ability to sit/stand for extended periods of timebull; Ability to bend/squat/reach/kneel/twist throughout daily shiftsbull; Ability to ascend/descend ladders and operate machinerybull; Must meet criminal history background requirements (requires FBI Fingerprint and SOARS clearance)bull; Continuously required to talk and hearDescription:20-40 hours per weekbull; Log and manage building help requests, track and bill by departmentbull; Escalate unresolved support issues to central Help Deskbull; Assist in maintain inventory of all equipmentbull; Support video-conferencing systems, as neededbull; Provide before and after school support for technology needs, as neededbull; Provide log-ins, account set-up and support to new staff, students, and parents across multiple programsbull; Strive to improve staff efficiency by developing and sharing solutions and tipsbull; Represent the District and ESR in a professional manner by performing all job functions at a satisfactory or above levelbull; Interact with co-workers, administration, students, parents, and the community in positive, supportive, and cooperative waysbull; Performs other related duties, including special projects, as required, or requested, consistent with reasonable expectations for the contracted positionbull; Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
