CTG is seeking to fill aMobility Technician IIIopening for our client, who is performing a Mass Mobility Account switch.

Location: Remote

Duration: 3 months

Start immediately. No training. All tools will be provided:notebook, monitor, VPN, full access to both carriers.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Enterprise Mobility – experience with large mobile accounts

• 5 to 7 years Carrier Portal experience with Verizon and AT&T

• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel

• Ability to Communicate clearly and concisely with Mobile Vendors

• Project Coordination to Plan, Submit and Execute moving lines from one carrier over to another, bulk porting, porting activations, export manipulation

• Technical Ability to assist with Rollout once new devices have been received by the user

• Apple and Android familiarity

• Insure correspondence is sent to end user for Setup Steps/Process, both for carrier ports/activations

• Support end users, via email or phone call to assist and answer questions for Corporate Email and Apps

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group is required.
