Job Description

Tenneco completed the acquisition of Federal-Mogul, a leading global supplier to original equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket. The DRiV division of Tenneco combined the strengths of Tenneco, Federal-Mogul Motorparts and Öhlins Racing to become one of the largest multi-line, multi-brand aftermarket suppliers and one of the largest global original equipment (OE) ride performance and braking suppliers to the aftermarket, light vehicle and commercial vehicle customers. DRiV contributes $6B annually to Tenneco’s global revenue.

We are looking for a Total Rewards Specialist. The Total Rewards Specialist will support the Compensation and Benefit teams in various day-to-day and project-based assignments. Partners and provides oversight to shared service center team to address key deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for oversight and escalation of U.S. Service Awards program.

  • Responsible for annual processing of deferred compensation plan with outside vendor and payroll.

  • Manage the U.S. Severance process for creation of agreements, communication to HR team and employee on timing and payments to payroll team and employee change in status.

  • Responsible for the processing of Board of Director payments.

  • Support the Global Mobility administration for tracking, employee change in status, initiating and coordinating with service providers, ensuring adherence to policy, and managing TEQ payments/collections.

  • Coordinate service award administration and respond to escalations about the program.

  • Support the COE in areas such as proxy, equity and salary administration programs.

  • Process healthcare invoices received from vendors.

  • Preparation of self-billed invoices.

  • Prepare weekly 401(k) wire and supporting documentation.

  • Identifying, coordinating, implementing, and documentation of processes for transfer to the shared services.

  • Assist in aligning programs and processes across the enterprise in order to create efficiencies and cost savings. Triage and respond to items in Benefits and Compensation Mailboxes.

  • Updating employee benefits when needed.

  • Assist in SPD organization, finalizing retiree documents.

Required Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

Skills & Experience:

  • Two plus years of compensation and/or benefits experience.

  • Strong Excel data analysis skills and experience with SAP.

  • Advanced skills in using Word, Power Point and Access.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
