Halo Group SharePoint Administrator in Southfield, Michigan

The SharePoint Administrator is responsible for maintaining the health of MOSS 2007/2013/2016/SharePoint Online farms, site collections, building and maintaining sites. The Administrator will demonstrate a clear understanding of designing solutions to meet customer demands and be willing to take ownership of problems and work with team members to deliver solutions in SharePoint that meet customer needs. The SharePoint Administrator may be required to evaluate and integrate third-party software in designing solutions.Responsibilities:ulliAdminister MOSS 2007/2013/2016/SharePoint Online farms including applying service packs and hotfixes with strong proficiencies usingulliCentral Administration/liliWindows Server (all versions)/liliIIS Manager/liliSQL/liliAD/liliNetworking (Load Balancing) and DNS Entries/li/ul/liliAnalyze customer needs, document requirements and design/architecture SharePoint technical solutions/liliBuild solutions using custom or 3suprd/sup party web parts / apps, features, site definitions and package solutions/liliFull understanding of InfoPath forms, workflows and use of SharePoint Designer to build solutions, Master pages, themes and CSS/liliIdentify, document, facilitate and maintain industry best practices based upon company policy from an administrator’s perspective/liliCreate, maintain, support and monitor security permissions and schemas for SharePoint/li/ulh4Required Qualifications:/h4ulliBachelor's degree in a related technical area (MCP/ MCSA) or equivalent hands-on experience. Strong preference is given to those who have continued to upgrade their skills through education and training/liliMinimum 3 – 4 years of professional experience in providing solutions with SharePoint/liliExperience developing applications for all versions of SharePoint using custom or 3suprd/sup party web parts, BDC / BCS, SharePoint Designer/liliAbility to engage with vendor or 3suprd/sup party solution providers for technical oversight/liliExceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customers/liliAbility to work independently and under time constraints with verbal or written instructions/liliExcellent trouble shooter with a penchant to provide high quality work/liliWorking knowledge of Forms and Workflow products (K2)/liliDesire to learn new skills and improve/li/ul*Candidates must be local and have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
