Manager, Program Management
Main Office (MOS)
The Manager, Program Management manages the daily operations related to programs and ongoing initiatives, energy conservation, and company-wide sustainability efforts.
Serves as a liaison between Sun and external partners, including working to identify expanded opportunities for innovation, rebates and programmatic development.
Administer ongoing, steady-state operational programs.
Establishes standards and reviews project designs and specifications to increase emphasis and adoption of energy efficiency and sustainability in new and renovated facilities.
Pilots programs and services to capture business savings and revenue generating activities that improve value.
Identifies opportunities of improvement by reviewing audits, field investigations and compiling analysis.
Compiles quarterly progress report for Executive management; reporting on corporate metrics and KPIs.
Work with internal stakeholders to increase program adoption and implement enhancements to back-office program support processes.
Assists the investor relations team with compiling annual ESG report.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field (Preferred)
2 years project/program management experience (Preferred)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer proficiency with the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet
