To learn more, please visit adient.com.Overview:The IT Solution Delivery Lead will be primarily responsible for leading the solution delivery of our Human Resource system. Work closely with HRIT Application Services managers, Portfolio delivery managers, and project managers in HRIT to plan and manage technical scope and solution delivery resources to ensure that IT solutions are delivered on time and precisely the first time.Core Responsibilities:•Take lead role from technical perspective of HR application development.•Gather requirements from Vendors and business partners for integrations.•Work with stakeholders (internal customers, enterprise integration team and vendors) to verify requirements and identify gaps and issues.•Provide production support for existing and newly built integrations.•Develop and support Workday Studio, EIB and Connector integrations.•Able to breakdown complex integration issues and resolve them.•Looks to leverage and establish standards across the team and organization.•Work with QA team to ensure quality of development work.•Supporting testing efforts associated with Workday's bi-annual "update" cycle.•Develop and lead training sessions as necessary.Required Skills:•Thorough understanding of software development life cycles, development and technology tools, testing methodologies, and requirements gathering.•Expertise in HCM ERP systems on a technical front. Workday preferred.•Understanding of HR and Payroll processes including ADP payroll processes and TA file processing.•Demonstrated experience in XSLTs, XSDs, WSDLs and web services (Workday Public Web Services SOAP/REST knowledge a plus).•Good knowledge of the functional modules of HCM ERP systems like PeopleSoft, Workday.•Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills•Strong verbal and written communication skills•Must exhibit a strong process management and business orientation skills.•Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements.•Capable of guiding the technical team to achieve desired solution within prescribed time frame.•Must be able to escalate in a timely manner to appropriate leadership when necessary to drive results.•Must be a Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:•B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience is required.•8+ years of application design, development, testing and implementation of business applications preferably HCM applications.•5+ years of ERP system experience like PeopleSoft, Workday.•3+ years on developing integrations between HCM ERP systems and downstream systems.•3+ years of experience in UNIX/Linux including developing shell scripts.•Proficient in SQL and database concepts preferably Oracle.•2+ years of experience using integration ar
