We are looking for a Global Compliance Analyst. This analyst position is part of the Tenneco Ethics and Compliance team. The team's goal is to efficiently and effectively operate a global program that motivates and inspires employees to operate with Integrity Always and to speak up when they have concerns.The team is ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role. RESPONSIBILITIES:ulliGovernance and Reporting - Prepare and maintain charters and other governance documentation for Ethics Compliance Committees. Prepare presentations and reports as needed./liliHotline administration - Case triage and assignment, metrics reporting, data analytics, legal holds, user training, and assisting with investigations. Serve as primary contact for vendor./liliTraining program administration - Support online training and tracking for in-person training. Serve as primary contact for vendor. Partner with subject matter experts to select and develop courses and communication materials. Partner with HR to load and launch content in LMS systems. Assist and conduct training as needed./liliThird party due diligence - Conduct reviews for vendor and customer screening./liliDocuments - Maintain Ethics Compliance centers of excellence documentation, working files, and website to ensure current versions are properly posted and historical versions are retained./liliProject management - Support to various initiatives, including support and maintenance of the Code and policies./liliTeam-oriented - Collaborate and coordinate with other corporate functions, including IA, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Communications, on centralized projects./li/ulRequired ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's Degree in related field.
