As part of our collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to influence high impact results, with opportunities to pursue your personal professional development and career interests.font class="bold"Responsibilities/fontYou will possess significant solution development and delivery experience in addressing cyber security-related issues faced by organizations across many different industries, with a focus on cyber risk advisory, cyber security assessment, and security program transformation. You should have experience in operating at the Board level and be able to advise on the technical, strategic and commercial aspects of the Cyber Security industry. The requirements for this role are as follows:ulliBe part of designing and delivering AlixPartners' cyber solutions. This may include, but is not limited to:/liliThorough analysis and legal response to cyber incursions;/liliBoard-level cyber risk management, mitigation and remediation, including preventative, during and post attack;/liliIntelligence-led cyber vulnerability assessment;/liliCyber security operating models/liliAssess and quantify cyber security risk in a variety of business situations and executive audiences/liliIncrease cyber security awareness across AlixPartners and within industry/liliHelp AlixPartners develop an international cyber security offering within critical domains such as finance, insurance, retail, private equity and others./liliGrow and integrate the AlixPartners cyber security practice, revalidate partnerships and support contracts./liliHelp with the management of the AlixPartners cyber security practice./li/ulfont class="bold"Minimum Qualifications/fontulliAt least fifteen (15) years of cyber security professional and consulting experience./liliExperience in information technology and/or operational management consulting./liliExperience and ability leading high impact project teams /liliAble to lead complex client and external stakeholder relationships./liliExcellent writing, communication and presentation skills./liliStrong client negotiation skills./liliExperience in assisting with firm building activities (e.g., recruiting)./liliTeam leadership, mentoring and conflict resolutions skills./liliAbility and willingness to travel 80% and work long hours and weeke
