Microsoft Corporation has the following job opportunity:Enhance the customer relationship from a capability development perspective by articulating the value of our services. Explain and demonstrate the capabilities and best practices in deployment of complex software products and services including Microsoft Dynamics and business applications to large enterprise customers. Resolve technical and competitive blockers to adoption and deployment, and provide customer feedback on current and future product requirements to sales, marketing, and engineering teams. Develop and manage customer-specific engagement plans to promote deployment and adoption of business applications solutions. Monitor, measure and report business outcomes to the customer and to Microsoft. Build/maintain rapid channel of communication to customer in case of online service-related issues and events. Orchestrate and gain strong buy-in with multiple external and internal Microsoft sales and services teams and connect to Microsoft Subject Matter Experts throughout customer Dynamics lifecycles.
