McLaren Health Care is looking for a Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst to join the MHC CBO Revenue Cycle Team.

JOB SUMMARY

The Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst is responsible for the development of reports and data sets, analyzing revenue, supporting the Revenue Cycle operations in Data Extraction; Data Analysis; System or Software Administration; and Reporting and Tracking. This

includes the monitoring of Revenue Cycle systems, identify root causes and recommend/design improvements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, business, finance or related field. An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.

  • At leat one year of Patient Accounting Experience.

  • One year related revenue cycle experience or one year consulting in financial reporting for data analytics

  • Proven skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word, Window based applications, and 10 key calculator with high level of quality outcomes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-9

  • One to two years’ experience in hospital financial service, patient service or education and training.
