This includes implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring, and alerting.Responsibilities:Design methods to install Windows operating systemsDesign and manage, Citrix Xen App, Citrix NetScaler, SQL, Active Directory, VMWareDesign and manage Epic end user computing systems (IIS, Citrix, SQL)Design and manage System Center Config Manager-Anti-Virus-Inventory-Software DeploymentDesign and manage System Center Operations Manager-Monitor Servers-Inventory-Configure Alerts4th Level support for Desktop SupportTrouble shooting performance issues of applications across the networkLawson Windows Server administrationOther information:EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree in Computer Science Preferred. Consideration will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.Three (3) years experience as a network administrator (or similar role) requiredProfessional Certification in the IT Field (for example MCSE Certification) required.Willingness to complete 4 Epic Certifications on a pre-determined schedule within approximately 18 months (one certification completed every four months) A limit of three attempts to test per certification:-Epic Client Systems Administrator - BLOB, Business Continuity Access and Printing Certification-Epic Client Systems Administrator Hyperspace Certification-Epic Client Systems Hyperspace Web, Interconnect and System Pulse Certification-Epic Client Systems Administrator - MyChart and My Chart Mobile CertificationKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIESStrong troubleshooting abilities.Excellent communication skills.Excellent documentation skills.Strong understanding of Active Directory.Fundamental understanding of network protocols.Establish and maintain effective working relationships.Self-motivated.Able to work independently.WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDSAbility to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.Constant talking and hearing.Frequent siting and using near vision.Occasionally lifting 10-100 lbs.Occasionally standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, squatting, crawling, twisting and reaching.NOTICE REGARDING LATEX SENSITIVITY IN APPLICANTS FOR EMPLOYMENT.
