FANUC America is currently searching for an experiencedOracle EBS Techno-Functional Architect. Candidate should have strong functional and process knowledge of Oracle Projects and Manufacturing modules and should have excellent technical knowledge in most of the R12 EBS modules. Primary responsibilities will include:
The Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Architect is responsible for design, development, testing, implementation, operational support, and maintenance of CEMLI items for FANUC America’s Oracle EBS system. This position will directly report to the Director of Information Technology.
Provide functional support and guidance to the business users by enabling solution capability in Oracle Projects and Manufacturing functional areas to ensure business needs are met.
Work with the Technical lead, functional leads and end users to understand the functional and technical requirements of all the CEMLI items.
Design, build, customize and support Oracle EBS applications, troubleshooting, identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, documenting and providing the best solutions to meet FAC’s needs.
Review requirement documents, create and maintain technical design and other required documents per the Standards and Processes
Provide production support, documentation and delivery of ad-hoc requests
Build custom solutions including but not limited to, interfaces, extensions, workflows, OAF extensions and personalization per Oracle’s recommended standards.
Follow established development standards and change management process
Ideal candidate will have the following experience and education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant Information Technology experience
Minimum 8 years of overall systems design and implementation experience required. Mainly in the Oracle Projects and Manufacturing verticals
Primary skills required are in: Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management and Project Manufacturing areas
Candidate should be familiar with the following
Project Work Breakdown Structure
Project Management System integration
Project cost tracking and control
Working knowledge of Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory Costing, Oracle Time & Labor and Receivables modules
Strong hands on experience in Oracle applications, PL/SQL advance coding, performance tuning, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher
Experience in building and extending Oracle functionality using Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with business partners, project teams and Business analysts
Ability to work closely with offshore teams in lead role
Ability to develop appropriate test scenarios and scripts as needed
Understanding of Oracle CPQ
