Position Information

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, business administration, management information systems, marketing, statistics, social sciences or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum one year experience in computer operations, installing and maintaining software. Minimum one year experience in database analysis, reporting, and development of analytical reports. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others. A willingness to learn new areas of responsibility and the ability to analyze new and changing technology and procedures.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with higher education systems (Banner, Colleague). Experience in end user training, hardware and software helpdesk support. Extensive knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite. Expert knowledge of MS Access, MS Project and Visio. Experience with MS Dynamics or equivalent CRM software.

Position Purpose

Develop, test, implement and maintain web-based, enterprise and local technology solutions in support of graduate admissions, recruitment, enrollment, retention and graduation related systems through graduate education’s best practices. This person will apply problem-solving skills to guide and assist the user groups on issues related to program issues in a timely and accurate fashion as well as monitoring data quality and integrity.
