Description

OfficeTeam is currently looking to fill a Client Support Specialist role for a local client! As a Client Support Specialist, you will join a service and sales focused team in pleasant environment, focused on listening to, caring for and connecting with customers. In the Client Support Specialist role, you will answer calls in an efficient, courteous and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products.

As a Client Support Specialist you will:

  • Assess customers' needs, actively listen, troubleshoot issues, and provide friendly customer service in every interaction

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails

  • Utilize a variety of software to research issues and provide recommendations. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools and methodologies

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational ability.

  • Handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage high-paced/complicated moving situations with the utmost care.

  • Position requires computer entry (Microsoft Office and proprietary software) with accuracy and attention to detail. Experience using Microsoft Word & Excel a must.

  • We encourage individuals with prior experience in customer service to apply for this role.
