This person must be professional, friendly, helpful, and have the ability to use good judgement in escalating issues where and when needed. This person must ensure service requests are acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner with a high degree of customer service and technical expertise./divdiv /divdivPosition Responsibilities:/divulliProvide day-to-day support for Kendall Associates including, but not limited to, desktops, laptops, printers, mobile device, as well as standard software software applications such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, browsers and Eclipse Solar/liliSet up new users and maintain user access to systems (reset passwords, disable access, etc.)/liliTake calls coming into the Help Desk and enter tickets into the Track-IT systems, following up on voice mail left for the Help Desk and monitoring the Track-IT Open ticket queue/liliAny other duties assigned by immediate supervisor./li/uldiv /divdivPosition Requirements /divulliProficiency in Epicor-Eclipse processes./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office products./liliStrong written and verbal communications skills; ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization./liliAbility to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines; flexible and quickly adaptable to changing priorities./liliAbility to present information in a manner that can be understood by non-technical staff./liliDemonstrated problem solving skills are required. The position will require original and independent thinking to drive all issues through to resolution./liliAbility to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds./liliA professional, pleasant, helpful attitude with the willingness to learn all areas of processes, procedures, and systems throughout Kendall./liliMust be willing to work occasional weekends or off hours and willing to travel if necessary/li/uldivRequired Experience:/divulliHelpdesk/support experience helpful./li/uldivRequired Education:/divulliUndergraduate degree, certification, or equivalent work experience./li/uldivThe Kendall Group is a full line electrical wholesale distributor, serving the Industrial, OEM, and Construction markets.
