General Motors Technical Data Integration Group (TDIG) Analyst - GPS0003664 in Pontiac, Michigan

As the Technical Data Integration Group (TDIG) Analyst you will beresponsible for the coordination of components release activity on variousengine programs. You will be responsiblefor but not limited to the following;

  • Creating, editing, and analyzing Math DataAssembly Structure in TcAE (Team Center Automotive Edition)
  • Create and Edit Work Orders using (E2) asrequired to facilitate efficient and accurate processing
  • Coordinate E2 W.O. Processing Activity insupport of the GMPT Program Team
  • Audit E2 W.O. Processing done by the GMPowertrain Specs Team
  • Report Engineering Release & W.O. Status toManagement on a regular basis
  • Participate in Design Reviews, Build ReadinessTeam Meetings, Production Readiness Team Meetings, and Design System EngineerMeetings
  • Communicate release status to the team
  • Ensuring that all data entry is accurate and upto date in all systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training /experience
  • Experience in BOM creation and BOM management inGPDS & TcAE
  • Must be willing and able to create and presentinformation to leadership, colleagues, and internal customers in a clear andconcise manner
  • Must be have intermediate to advanced skillsusing MS Excel (Pivot Tables and V-lookups)
  • Previous experience with program coordination
  • Must be able to work in fast paced demandingenvironment
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, andvery high level of attention to critical details

Preferred:

  • Ability to create macro’s in Excel
  • Experience working with the GM EngineeringRelease Systems - GPDS, E2, APM, eTracktool (eTT)
  • Previous experience with Team Center
  • Basic understanding of Global VehicleDevelopment Process (GVDP) and Global Powertrain development Process (GPDP)
