Kforce Support Analyst in Pontiac, Michigan
Kforce is immediately adding a full time Support Analyst to our team in support of our enterprise technology solutions client in Pontiac, Michigan (MI). Summary: Our client is an end-to-end services company providing information technology and consulting services to businesses and governments. The Support Analyst will serve on an on-call rotation for WAF and when required be available to assist with emergency incidents relating to WAF and its supporting systems, on a 24x7 basis.
Exposure to multiple operating systems (Windows and Unix variants), and preferred security certifications include Imperva Product Certification, Security , CISSP, ITILv3, etc.
Experienced in installing, maintaining, administrating, and troubleshooting WAF technology in in a fast-paced customer facing operational environment
Prior experience with on-boarding, and routine tuning of the WAF product on internet facing web applications
Experience in an ITIL based highly regulated environment (financial, healthcare, government, etc.) environment along with experience with a service ticketing system preferred
SME on the following technology: Imperva WAF (Web Application Firewall)
Excellent communication and writing skills and will be asked to generate technical and executive level briefings for the customer
Well versed with information security concepts, OWASP web application vulnerabilities, and should be able to manage monitoring, deciphering of alerts from the WAF product, and responding to customer requests for enhancements
