DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

criteria pollution requirements for gasoline, diesel and electrified powertrains.
An ideal candidate for this
position is a candidate who possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a
technical field, processes an Internal Auditor Certification (preferred) and
has proven professional experience in Quality. The ability to perform
detailed customer presentations, understand customer quality satisfaction and
demonstrated leadership ability with strong analytical, critical thinking and
problem-solving skills are all necessary qualifications for this position.

- Management of the IATF16949 systems for
the Sealing and Gaskets sites.
- Prime interface with NSF for
audit schedule and issues.
- Perform an assessment of the current state
of the Quality Management Systems for the technical centers and create
procedures to close any gaps to comply with IATF16949 requirements.
- Review and revise the Quality System for
the Sealing and Gaskets technical centers.
- Create and maintain a Tenneco Sealing
Quality manual (policies & procedures) currently in CompliantPro
Perform internal audits as required.
Conduct Management Reviews to company with
- Ensure local corrective actions are
properly managed and closed out.
- Develop and maintain working systems to
ensure consistency in our business processes, for example, warranty
- Improve the change management systems in
the Technical Centers and ensure the change management process confirms
with IATF16949 customer and corporate requirements.
- Lead and manage various Quality related
projects such as implementation of Computer Aided Quality Systems and
SharePoint related activities.
- Manage the Oil Bath Warranty Technician
and oversee the process.
- Track warranty costs for Sealing and
Gaskets and support warranty efforts as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrated knowledge of IATF16949 systems.
Thorough understanding of automotive OEM’s specific requirements on quality.
Knowledge and understanding of the Engineering Change Process.
Willingness to travel when required (expected to be minimal)
