We are growing our Directory Services team within the Digital Enterprise Services organization to digitize the company’s Identity Systems, and processes. Our engineering culture will empower you to make effective decisions, work collaboratively, and take accountability for engineering projects at the core of the company.

The team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own our employee Cloud Identity FedRAMP/SOC2/ISO compliance program. You will be the overall point of contact for these initiatives when it comes to our employee identity systems and processes. You will be working in close collaboration with the Autodesk Security, Compliance, and many Autodesk products teams.


  • Design and implement corporate IT Cloud Identity processes, systems and security solutions based on Azure Active Directory and Azure technologies

  • Exercise your technical and program management skills to plan, track, collaborate and report on FedRAMP/SOC2/ISO Identity systems program deliverables. Including, but not limited to, leading meetings, working with service planners and SCRUM masters to assign, and trackwork items, and produce status reports

  • Ensure thorough technical documentation is created and maintained for all security and compliance controls, audits, system architecture, and operations processes.

  • Closely work with security and compliance teams to collect, review, and document penetration testing, vulnerability scan, and compliance results for reporting

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience delivering on projects involving multiple collaborating stakeholders

  • Deals well with ambiguous or undefined problems; ability to think abstractly

  • Comfortable performing requirements analysis, interfacing with stakeholders of various levels and documenting solutions

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrable knowledge of DevOps in an Enterprise setting, both on public clouds (AWS or Azure) and on-premise

  • Energetic team player who works well across boundaries and readily adapts to change and enjoys rapid development

  • Confident of your skills, abilities and willing to share what you know, while learning from others

  • 3 years of project/program management experience

  • 3 years of experience in information security systems

  • 3 years of experience focused on cloud environments (Azure or AWS)

  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, SOC2, SOX, ISO

  • Knowledge of security frameworks/standards such as CIS, NIST, PCI

  • Knowledge of privacy laws (CCPA and GDPR)

  • Demonstrable knowledge of identity systems, preferable on Azure Active Directory. On-prem Active Directory knowledge a plus

  • Bachelor's (BS) degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related quantitative field or foreign equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing FedRAMP Moderate impact level

  • CCSP, PCI QSA, CISSP, or CISA certifications are preferred but not mandatory
