Every day, we challenge ourselves to turn science fiction into reality.This role is responsible for the overall delivery of optical components including camera modules, IR gestures and proximity sensing business, using technical expertise and experience in this space. The Program Management organization will be the primary internal and external customer contact regarding budget, schedule, resource allocation, and development issues. This team will be responsible for planning and managing end-to-end projects. This includes product development, testing, fabrication and the readiness of manufacturing facilities.Job Responsibilities:•As Project Lead, you will work independently and manage overall execution of tasks related to each phase of advanced interfaces and driver monitoring roadmap•Manage the internal and external development tasks in terms of technical realization, deadlines, costs, and quality•Manage schedule development, meeting minutes, component verification results, component specification, drawing and document release•Work independently with third-party vendors, suppliers and external customers associated with Advanced Interfaces and driver monitoring development•Build and manage relationships with internal cross-functional teams•Support CBUs and procurement team to expand Advanced Interfaces and driver business in Europe and North America•Support RFI's, RFQ's and POC's received from various OEMs•Promote UX Platform strategy for Advanced Interfaces and driver monitoring•Coordinate with Harman SQE team for supplier audits•Manage overall Advanced Interfaces and driver monitoring testing iterations and provide updates to management accordingly•Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and develop product related documents•Responsible for product demonstration to support technical days, customer meetings and internal demos•Monitor and identify risks and coordinate meetings with multi-discipline functions to address risks before they become issues•Be the primary escalation point of contact for both internal and external project communications•Coordinate with the supplier on project activity as needed and directed•Manage task reprioritization to support key deliveries•Provide weekly project status updates via a standard template to
