We are looking for a Product Manager. The Aftermarket Product Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of aftermarket product categories: including strategic product line planning, reviewing product line profitability, and new product introductions to support strategic business plans and achieve the company’s overall business targets.

You’ll first hear from someone in Talent Acquisition to schedule a phone screen, and then the next step will be a personal interview with our Hiring Manager.   • Manage product category profitability and ongoing growth, as well as product strategy & positioning.

  • Direct forecasting and market pricing for multi sales channel.

  • Analyze market pricing and target cost to drive make vs. buy decisions and achieve targeted profitability.

  • Conduct market research and develop business cases for new product lines.

  • Manage product life cycle and portfolio and drive continuous product improvements.

  • Direct Competitive Benchmarking to ensure product competitiveness.

  • Assist in development and reviews of catalogs and marketing materials.

  • Participate in customer events such as line review & sales calls.

  • Provide support for trade show exhibits.

  • Attend industry meetings and develop network.

Required Experience

Education: Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Management or related field.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Product Management, Category Management or Engineering experience dealing with multiple channels of distribution, product planning, pricing and competitive analysis.

  • Automotive experience a plus.

  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint), with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of internal software/systems (SAP) is a plus.

  • Excellent quantitative skills. Very competent at spreadsheet analysis, including forecasting; P & L analysis; and interpreting comparative data.

  • Strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
