Dow Chemical's Packaging and Specialty Plastics * has an has an exciting and challenging opportunity for aGlobal Supply Chain Quality Leaderlocated inMidland, MI. This role is aligned to the Global P&SP Integrated Supply Chain Director and leads the development and implementation the corporate vision in order to improve Supply Chain Quality of Services, while enabling the business to profitably meet agreed upon customer service requirements and product quality regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities *
CAMP owner within Packaging & Specialty Plastics. Key liaison for CAMP work processes and business CAMP Operating Discipline.
Ensures operational utilization and deployment of the Customer Complaint (CAMP) Work Process partnering with the Customer Experience (CX) team, Corporate CAMP team, and stakeholders.
Responsible for change management to this process through Mergers & Acquisitions
Mentors Business Quality Champions and regional SC Quality Leader counterparts to ensure effective investigations and optimal days to cause performance for all customer complaints (QNs)
Member of the P&SP Global ISC Leadership Team and Extended ISC Leadership Team to provide input on the prioritization of opportunities with functional/business leadership.
Ensure quality management system effectively mitigates customer, business, and enterprise risk relative to service quality.
Ensures effective support of development and maintenance of external registrations and certifications within P&SP Supply Chain (i.e. ISO 9001, CTI, etc.)
Ensures an effective Root Cause Analysis and Corrective & Preventive Action Processes are in place to address supply chain product quality and service incidents.
Responsible for analysis of QN data on an aggregated level to identify trends and clusters; Drives RCI and service defect elimination to improve service. This includes broad oversight of delivery, documentation, and packaging failures.
Works with the regional Integrated Supply Chain Directors and Business Quality Leaders to develop and support the Business Quality Strategies.
Serves as a liaison to ensure Supply Chain Service Quality is effectively integrated with other work processes and functions in the respective business/portfolio alignment.
Develops and implements performance metrics to monitor Site logistics and 3PL provider’s performance and reviews with Business Integrated Supply Chain Directors and other stakeholders to enable profitable compliance, risk mitigation, and quality system productivity.
Develops goals for metrics and ensures performance meets goal objectives. Demonstrates improved performance metrics and identify further opportunities to deliver an improved competitive advantage.
Partner with P&SP Supply Chain Improvement organization to implement improvements including control plans that are causing supply chain service issues

• Bachelor degree is required. In Engineering or Supply Chain is preferred.
• A least 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing operational role and/or supply chain role and/or quality experience is preferred
• A minimum requirement for this U.S. - based position is the ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis (U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident or qualifying Asylee / Refugee).
