Duties and Responsibilities(These duties and responsibilities are judged to be "essential functions" in terms of the Americans With Disabilities Act or ADA) ulliProvides remote and onsite technical hardware and software Support included but not limited to laptops, desktops, printers and software applications. liMaintains and supports all district A/V technology i.e., Analog Video network, digital network, TV monitors, DVD/VCR players, printers, etc. liProvide support, package and install various software applications including packaging and remote installation of software. liInstall, maintain and support network hardware including basic switching devices. liMaintain district active directory. liRequired to travel throughout district. liProvide support for office machines, such as photocopiers, scanners, computers, printers, calculators, facsimile machines, voicemail systems, and telephones. liCommunicate with customers, employees, students, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information and address complaints. /li/li/li/li/li/li/li/li/ul The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by a person in this position.
