Material Handling Systems Inc Pricing Analyst in Lowell, Michigan
The Parts Pricing Analyst will be integral to the Parts team of the Lifecycle Performance Services organization (LPS). In this role the Parts Pricing Analyst will have direct responsibility over all part data as well as year over year margins. In addition, the Analyst will provide routine reporting to leadership on several key metrics. The Analyst will interface with and support Customer Support, Procurement, Inventory Control, and Finance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Pricing
Ensure all parts have pricing, cost, and are in line with margin expectations
Perform market research to ensure MHS pricing is in line and market based as opposed to cost plus
Compile annual price roll recommendation
Manage and react to all margin reports (i.e. low margin report)
Create new part pricing as required and collaboration with Procurement
Accurately process business transactions using ERP software
Other Duties
Assist Parts Procurement team as needed, specifically as it pertains to part data such as lead times and cost
Assist RSPL team as needed
Assist with cycle counting and/or physical inventory
Individual must be self-motivated, detailed oriented and results focused
Limited travel required
Perform other job duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree or coursework in pursuit of a college / technical college degree is a plus
Two or more years of experience within a aftermarket Parts environment or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Good understanding of computer hardware and various software applications
Internet savvy, familiar with search routines, website navigation, and electronic media
Have excellent customer service, interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
Possessing logical problem-solving capabilities
