Internal Ref: 5000423738606Job DescriptionWire Support AnalystThis position is primarily responsible for receiving and processing domestic and international outgoing payment orders from internal and external customers via telephone, fax and Treasury Management products. Under general supervision, performs data entry, confirms outgoing transactions by performing confirmations via the wire transfer system. Handles telephone notifications/inquiries from internal and external clients. Adhere to all department security procedures, compliance, quality service and production standards.Position Responsibilities:1. Responsible for researching and resolving wire investigations for international/domestic wires within department established service levels.2. Responsible for monitoring, researching and clearing open items on the Frontier system.3. Maintain job specific service levels.4. File and maintain all wire transfer documents received and cases created.5. Handle domestic/international investigation related issues from internal/external customers.6. Responsible for communicating up or down depending on the situation.7. Assist production team during peak processing times or contingency modes.8. Pro-actively resolve sensitive customer issues professionally and proficiently.9. Builds rapport with staff through open dialogue.10.
