Description

Primary Function:

Support the maintenance of the human resource information system (HRIS) and other company systems. Builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. Technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Education/Background Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Five (5) years of HRIS experience required - UltiPro knowledge preferred

  • One year of project management experience with system implementation required.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Proficient in: MS Office, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint; UltiPro; Cognos BI.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain absolute discretion in matters of confidentiality.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with high quality customer service focus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Understanding of HRIS systems and processes.
