We are looking for an experienced Customer Advocacy manager who is responsible for establishing our SMB SaaS customer advocacy panel who will partner with us on new projects.

What will bemy tasks?

  • Establisha customer facing program, and identify and welcome key customers to join.

  • Driveoutstanding customer relationships, in a program that drives mutuallybeneficial value.

  • Partnerclosely with leadership and execution teams to drive cross-functional programswith executive-level visibility.

  • Drivecomplex strategic programs - ensuring clear, stakeholder communications andproactive follow-up with stakeholders to meet deadlines

  • Bringstructure to sometimes ambiguous visions and craft customer programs to bringthem to life.

  • Collaboratewith business leaders to craft business cases, prioritize initiatives, identifyopportunities for improvement, and continuously scale current processes.

  • Anticipaterisks and strategically determine how to mitigate them.

  • Cultivatea culture of openness and transparency to increase the likelihood of programsuccess.


  • BS/BAdegree required

  • Consistentrecord of setting up, defining, and driving cross-functional programs in afast-paced environment

  • Minimumof 5 years in a Program Manager role or equivalent experience leading crossfunctional teams to achieve major initiatives

  • Experienceworking with and/or supporting Customer Support, Customer Experience or otherGTM teams

  • Abilityto get to the heart of a problem and mobilize the right people to solve it

  • Strongcollaboration, planning, influencing, and prioritization skills

  • Theability to synthesize and connect the dots between potentially competing orduplicative initiatives

  • Abilityto facilitate efficient and productive meetings that people look forward toattending - whether they be in-person or virtual

  • Abilityto tailor your approach and programmatic methodologies to meet the needs ofSiemens

  • ExcellentCommunication and Influencing skills

  • RelationshipManagement: Extraordinary management skills with cross-functional teams of alllevels in a matrix organization
