Sentinel Internship, Contract in Livonia, Michigan
Sentinel is seeking candidates looking to gain hands on experience in a one of the following categories during a paid summer internship.
Networking (security, wireless, routers/switches, etc.)
Storage (cloud, netapp, vmware, servers, Microsoft, etc.)
You will spend your summer working with Sentinel’s top engineers shadowing and training to build your skills in technical competencies and customer relations. You will have the opportunity to learn some of the most innovative technologies. This internship program is designed to take your knowledge from classroom knowledge and skills into hands on practical implementation. At the end of the internship you will be reviewed by our internal hiring managers for an opportunity to receive a job offer for future employment. This position is located in Livonia, MI.
Minimum of a junior in college or higher working towards a Bachelor’s degree
Major in Computer or Networking field; Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering Management Information Systems
Must have excellent communication skills
Any hands on experience in networking, cloud, security and/or application development is helpful but not required.
Ability to work independently or as a team
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
