Description:

POSITION PURPOSE

Manages the scope, schedule, and quality of the project in a specific program area as assigned. Works closely with the project executives and other program leadership to coordinate activities. Forms collaborative relationships within the program team and within clinical and business communities. Assisting the project executives in reaching the project deliverables and objectives. Reviews progress of the program on an ongoing basis with the Epic implementation team and program executives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be available and plan to serve on this program for a minimum of four (4) years.

Must be a current Trinity Health colleague with five (5) years serving in a director or manager role or a functional leadership role and/or have managed other colleagues and/or (5) years of experience as a consultant. Must have met or exceeded expectations on most recent performance evaluations.

The work location is Livonia, Michigan. A leader in this role must be willing to live locally and/or travel to be present on the work site in Livonia 5 days a week, every week as determined by executive leadership upon selection.

Must be able to operate effectively in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals and values of Trinity Health.

Bachelor's degree or higher. Master's degree in clinical, revenue, IT or related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing people and/ or in IT systems implementation required. Knowledge of clinical or revenue workflow preferred.

Must possess prior experience in, process improvement, change leadership, and project management.

Must be an effective consensus builder and collaborator, have excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills, and operate effectively in a highly collaborative environment.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

Must be able to adapt to frequently changing work priorities, and be able to prioritize and balance the requirements of working with the System Office and Regional Health Ministries (RHMs).

Must be able to travel to various Trinity Health sites as needed.
