ACH Operations Processing Rep SeniorThe Automated Clearing House (ACH) Operations Processing Rep is responsible for phone inquiries received into the department from National Customer Service Groups, Banking Centers, internal departments and Social Security Representatives. In addition, research functions are performed from any of these groups."In addition to the qualifications listed below, this position has been identified as having direct access to personally identifiable information (PII) as it relates to federal benefit recipients and, therefore, is subject to a periodic and enhanced background check process. You must also prove that you are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
