Advantasure Technical Operations Analyst in Lansing, Michigan

THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED REMOTELY ACROSS THE U.S. SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, implementation, and leading department assignments. Research, compile and analyze appropriate and relevant data and make recommendations for operational improvements. Also, works closely with the COB/Recovery leads and analyst to complete any outstanding work/assignments in queue. RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS: * Leads in the research, analysis, identification and evaluation of data from assigned problems to evaluate existing and potential trends and issues. * Manages and maintains COB/Recovery internal databases in MS Access. * Develop enhancements and efficiencies for process improvements. * Assist in the monitoring of Operations files, incoming and outgoing * Manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously by establishing project plans and objectives to ensure goal attainment within defined parameters. * Develop lines of communication to discuss/review results of analysis to management via reportsresentations and assist management in implementing programs that provide solutions. * Investigate, review, recommend, communicate and implement solutions which identify problems/root cause of issues. * Independently develop and plan, reports, papers and/or other materials in a clear and concise manner. * Provide expertise and guidance to unit and corporate staff as required. * Acts as liaison between corporate business areas and participates in group or committee discussions. * Works with COB and Recovery leads to assist in any outstanding or urgent deliverables. * Manages service tickets across department and assigns for completion. * Support various metrics, with strong attention to detail and presentment. * Follow up internally (with Business and supporting teams) on program initiatives to ensure critical timelines are met and activities are progressing. * Participate on special projects as assigned. Other relevant essential functions may be required EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree Health Care, Information Systems, Information Technology or other related field is required. Three (3) or more years experience data analysis, data management or related experience.
