CTG has an immediate opportunity for a SERVICE NOW SECURITY INCIDENT RESPONSE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR. This is a long term opportunity. This iis a remote role, client is in the West Coast Time zones.

Perform day to day administration of the Security Incident Response solution

Interact with stakeholders to understand high level goals and requirements

Create, update and retire entries in the Service Catalog, or co-ordinate the activities of other Service Catalog administrators

Create, update and retire the parsing of email as inbound actions

Create and update workflows and related features to support the change needs of security incident response processes

Maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow solution across production and non-production environments

Assisting in troubleshooting patch / release management issues

REQUIREMENTS:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist

Web Services integration experience ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist

Web Services integration experience ServiceNow Certified ServiceNow Administrator

2+ years’ experience in ServiceNow as a System Administrator or similar responsibility

Relevant IT architecture experience

Understanding and experience with Agile software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
