U.S. Bank Senior CRM Strategy Analyst - Work Location Available in Richfield, Charlotte, Portland or US in Lansing, Michigan

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior CRM Strategy Analyst for the Enterprise CRM Program Office to contribute to the successful development of the ever-evolving strategic direction of U.S. Bank’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ecosystem. The Senior CRM Strategy Analyst will play a vital support role to an enterprise-wide CRM program. This role will ensure the timely delivery of innovative CRM solutions to address complex business objectives across the enterprise. The position will facilitate the collaboration between business lines and technology teams and will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to assess and design business models, gather business requirements, technology intersections, and keep abreast of evolving CRM technologies and capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business and systemsanalysis on a variety of initiatives in the Enterprise CRM Program Office

  • Collaborate with business partners,subject matter experts and other team members to define and document high-levelbusiness needs and detailed requirements

  • Work closely to understand currentstate road-blocks and future state requirements to create a to-be picture

  • Define and implement improvements tobusiness process and ad-hoc projects in the face of an ever-changingmarketplace and consumers

  • Create and maintain business processflow maps and diagrams to facilitate understanding of enterprise business needsand translate to technology solutions

  • Define scope of projects andtimelines associated with the completion of initiatives

  • Develop and maintain relationshipsand communications with other team members and internal partners

  • Conduct meetings and facilitatecollaborative discussions to develop requirements and new feature/functionalityneeds

  • Lead efforts to investigate,analyze, and resolve enterprise issues related to system functionality

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

-At least 6 years experience with activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities, benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • 6-8 years business analyst experience with utilizing program management methodology

  • 3-5 years experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce/MS Dynamics Preferred)

  • 3-5 years Business Architecture experience

  • 3-5 years experience with business process mapping

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (or ability to obtain within one year)

  • Project management

  • Agile methodology

  • Sales/service processes and methodologies

  • Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies

  • Financial Services/Banking industry experience

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at various levels of the organization

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to lead others in defining requirements and identifying solutions

  • In depth knowledge of business operations and processes for multiple businesses

  • Sharp focus on achieving results; persists at completing tasks despite challenges; ability to achieve results and navigate through ambiguity

  • Well-organized; plans activities and consistently follows up

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
