Role Summary:

As a project management intern, you will learn the key principles in driving the project management and implementation process for GEHC Life Care Solutions (LCS), including sales order review; project planning, design/layout, contractor interface, submission of documentation; resource coordination and finally issues resolution.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer satisfaction

  • Take ownership of action items and meet completion dates negotiated

  • Escalate customer issues

  • Aware of and comply with GEHC Quality Manual

  • Identify and report quality concerns

Qualifications/Requirements:

  1. Must be a full-time, matriculated student at an accredited college or university for the entire internship

  2. Must be a Senior or in Grad School with a minimum GPA of 3.0

  3. Must commit to one year (no summer internships)

  4. 20 hours per week during school

  5. 40 hours per week when school is not in session

  6. Must be authorized to work in the US

  7. Local travel required

Hiring 2 positions: 1 located in Dallas, Texas, the other in Ann Arbor, MI.

  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  4. Self-motivated and can manage multiple simultaneous tasks with minimal supervision

  6. Desire to learn and achieve

  7. Ability to work well in open team environment

  8. Has some coursework or experience in project management or construction management

  9. High Say/Do Ratio
