How will you make an impact?
The Regional Marketing Program Specialist is part of the commercial organization supporting the Genetic Sciences Division (GSD) portfolio. This individual will work regional marketing managers, global marketing and field sales, to develop inbound and outbound marketing campaigns/programs in support of commercial business strategy. This person executes on marketing programs by attracting customers during brand awareness and lead capture through consumer journey from nurture, to lead generation, to sale. With a data-driven mindset, this person will examine the attributes of the lead, and sale, ensuring impact and repeatability. This role will be responsible for print collateral, sales tools and digital marketing to deliver the right message and convert into revenue.
What will you do?
Develop and support strategies for inbound marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, blog, on domain display, web, email campaigns, social media and commerce) to generate high quality leads.
Design and implement a multi-channel account-based marketing strategy, leveraging existing marketing automation platforms.
Implement and track activities, adjusting as needed to maximize effectiveness and routinely reporting back on that effectiveness to Sales and Marketing management.
Work collaboratively with regional/global marketing and other cross-functional roles, providing input for outbound marketing strategy/mix.
Collaborate with analytics' team on findings.
Provide inputs on priorities and identify roadblocks, being solutions-minded.
Track and benchmark inbound and outbound marketing spend and forecast, looking for optimization, growth, scalability, insights, or retirement opportunities.
How will you get there?
Education: High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree in the marketing or business/communications preferred.
5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing automation, ecommerce, and/or product marketing in life sciences or high-tech industry.
Proven track record and experience in developing outbound and inbound marketing campaigns.
Excellent time management and communication skills
