SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for analyzing, developing, planning, coordinating and administering Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) programs and services. Maintains accountability for HRIS data integrity. Participates in the strategic development of HRIS applications to support successful execution of Human Resources strategy and support company initiatives. Provides support for HRIS training to HR team, management and employees. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: liParticipates in the development and maintenance of all Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) systems./li liAssists in development of HRIS strategy and leads execution of aspects of strategy implementation. Recommends systems improvements to streamline HR processes and improve efficiencies./li liCoordinates upgrades, modifications to systems with internal consultants as necessary./li liWorks collaboratively with external vendors and technical specialists to resolve systems issues and insure smooth functioning./li liCoordinates and delivers system training for new and existing employees in Human Resources./li liResponsible for all HR/Payroll integration and application interfaces to insure smooth HR system functionality and accuracy of payroll process such as GlidePath, EMCS, ADP modules, and Pension Path./li liLeads execution of program enhancements./li liServes as liaison between Human Resources and BCBSM to resolve issues and respond to requests related to this position including but not limited to pension and employee data transfers./li liProvides technical leadership to less experienced HR staff./li /ul emThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position.
