State of Michigan Departmental Analyst 9-12 in Lansing, Michigan
The Systems Coordinator has the sole responsibility for development of procedures and recommendations for systems that may impact the Home Help Unit and other Long-Term Care programs that provide personal care services. Position functions as a senior analyst providing coordination and development of systems such as Electronic Visit Verification, and new procedures that may impact MiAIMS, ASAP, CHAMPS and Bridges as it relates to Home Help and personal care services. Position will represent the Home Help Unit and other Long-Term Care programs as needed in user groups and management meetings in presenting the technical/business side of the interfaces, conversion, and functionality of computer systems. Position is assigned to participate in system requirements gathering, change management, gap analysis and deliverables. The position will also review all business related deliverables and provide actionable feedback, along with coordinating with other system team members on training plans, end-user documentation, program test scripts and user acceptance testing.

Required Education and Experience
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
Departmental Analyst 9_ No specific type or amount is required.
Departmental Analyst 10
One year of professional experience.
Departmental Analyst P11
Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service.
Departmental Analyst 12
Three years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service.
