WSP is currently initiating a search for one Marketing Coordinator I, Database Administrator in our Lansing, Michigan office although we’re open to other Central or Texas/Mountain Region locations where WSP has offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our opportunities database, including data entry, reporting, data integrity audits, training and additional support as directed by the regional marketing managers. In addition, this candidate will be responsible for archiving opportunity data captured for audit purposes and offering innovative suggestions to streamline and improve the data entry, tracking, and reporting processes across both regions. The successful candidate will be an analytic thinker and bring a strong attention to detail with a skillset suited to managing large databases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create/audit/update organization and opportunity records
Create/maintain/archive ProjectSolve2 data sites
Perform data searches and analysis
Create/update/run period end and custom reporting
Audit and claim new wins
Claim incremental ECV and reconcile soft backlog balances
Link opportunities and agreements
Provide training for new users
Track and resolve regional user issues and concerns

Bachelor’s degree in information management, marketing, accounting, or related field
