CTG is seeking an experienced Business Systems Application Analyst for a remote opportunity. THis is a 2 year project.

Job responsibilities will include:

Provide support services for a portfolio of business applications, mostly cloud based

Develop and maintain data extracts and reports as needed (SSIS packages, SQL scripting and/or Oracle)

Enter vendor service requests and follow them to completion

Coordinate updates / upgrades, and facilitate testing in multiple environments

Troubleshoot user errors and provide timely and high quality customer service

Conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes to reduce future errors

Document issues and solutions in the ServiceNow ITSM

Follow up on issues and questions related to daily operations

May include participation in an after-hours on call rotation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required

After an initial Knowledge Transfer period of 2 to 4 weeks at the client site, work will be performed remotely.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

3+ years’ experience in supporting cloud based business systems

Familiar with vendor coordination tasks

Experience managing testing in multiple environments

SQL scripting experience is required

Prefer experience working in Oracle

Prefer experience building SSIS packages
